Practical information

Registration

There is no conference fee. During the conference there will be coffee and tea for all. Lunch will be provided for paper presenters, discussants and convenors.
Registration is now closed.

Travel and accommodation

Participants will have to cover expenses for travel and accommodation themselves. 

Venue

The conference will take place at the Faculty of Humantities, University of Copenhagen, Njalsgade, 2300 Copenhagen S. Read more here

How to get there

The University of Copenhagen Amager campus is close to the metro station "Islands Brygge" on metro line M1 (towards Vestamager). The metro line M1 connects to Nørreport station and Kongens Nytorv station, two central hubs in Copenhagen city center, as well as to Copenhagen Airport Kastrup (metro line M2, change at Christianshavn station).

Other options are:
Bus no 12 or 33 (from e.g. the City Hall Square to Njalsgade
Bus no 5A (from the Central Station or City Hall Square to Amager Boulevard/Amagerfælledvej. From there it's a 5 minutes' walk)

From the City Hall Square it will take you 25-30 minutes to walk to the venue.

Where to stay

There are many hotels in the center of Copenhagen that are convenient in order to get to the conference venue. Here are some suggestions for accommodation either in walking distance to the venue, or close to a metro station or Copenhagen central station.
