Political Science - New course on China and India

'Globalisation and Rising Powers: China and India as Global Actors'

In the spring semester the Department of Political Science introduces a new course by Camilla T. N. Sørensen. The course is in English.

The objective of this course is to examine how the two rising powers, China and India, are acting as global economic, political and security actors. Furthermore the objective is to discuss which theoretical and analytical tools that can be used in order to explain and understand the behaviour of China and India on the global economic, political and security scene. Theoretical insights and approaches from International Relations, International Political Economy and Comparative Politics are included.
