Harmony in Sino-Western Joint Ventures in China: the Role of Guanxi and Constructive Controversy

Prof. Chen is Associate Programme Director of MSc in HRM and OB at Lingnan University, and has published extensively. She has co-authored one book on conflict management in China and published research articles in international journals including Journal of International Management, Journal of Management studies, International Journal of Conflict Management, International Journal of Intercultural Relations etc. Before joining Lingnan University, Prof. Chen worked in the business field for several years. She is now the director of Master Program on Organization Behavior at Lingnan University.
