A leading scholar on China’s foreign policy, dr. Linda Jakobson is East Asia Program Director at Lowy Institute for International Policy in Sydney, Australia. She has lived in China for 20 years, working for SIPRI as a regional director. She has published six books on China and East Asian societies and writes extensively on Chinese foreign policy, energy security, and science and technology.
