NCI secretariat moved to Umeå University

As of 1 January 2014 the secretariat of the Nordic Centre in India (NCI) university consortium is located at Umeå University in Sweden. The new Chairperson of the NCI is Dr. Rupali Bhalerao, analyst at Umeå University's Planning Office – and a SASNET networking partner. Dr. Sirpa Tenhunen from University of Helsinki, Finland, continues to be the NCI director in charge of the daily work. She joined the position in September 2013.
