Following several fruitful visits to Seoul, the University of Copenhagen is currently exploring possibilities for closer collaboration with Yonsei University. As a first step the two universities are organizing a joint Yonsei-Copenhagen workshop on 18-20 April.

The workshop will consist of both plenary sessions with speeches by leadership representatives and keynote speakers from both universities as well as parallel workshop sessions on SOCIAL WELFARE, PLANT SCIENCE and THE ARCTIC with research presentations, papers and discussions about future collaboration.

The rest of the workshop (18 April afternoon, 19 and 20 April) will be dedicated to parallel workshop sessions on three themes of mutual interest to the two universities:

  • Social Welfare - Committee Room 3
  • The Arctic - Committee Room 4
  • Plant Science - Committee Room 1

The plenary and parallel sessions on 18 and 19 April are open to the public.
