First common project meeting

We have finally confirmed the dates for our first common project meeting at the University of Sussex. It is going to take place on the 26-27 November and some of us will meet for the first time.  The preliminary plan is to discuss the project generally, including ethical issues, and our separate activities within it. 

I hope that we will also discuss our preliminary fieldwork plans and schedules for China. Since I have never been to China before and do not speak the language(s) it would be great to join colleagues with prior experience of the region on the first visit.
